WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING...

We consider it a blessing to know and support Johnny Colson, who is a true patriot. His love and concern for the well-being of our country and our wonderful town and neighbors of Sewall's Point has been evident in his many years of attendance, participation, and leadership in town meetings, activities, and as chair of the Code Enforcement Board. He has walked our neighborhoods to petition, hear, and know his fellow resident's voice.

Sewall's Point desperately needs commissioners that listen, recognize, and respond to the residents voice; commissioners who will be led by that voice. We know electing Johnny Colson as Sewall's Point Commissioner will give our voice that power.

As someone who has known Johnny Colson for almost ten years, I can state with confidence that he is the kind of person our town needs on the Commission. He brings a career of law enforcement experience as well as 8 years of civic involvement, both as a member of the Code Enforcement Board for 6 years and as an advocate for a resident referendum on the South Sewall's Point septic to sewer project.

John believes that residents know what is best for them, and that their voice should be respected in all major projects and issues. He is an excellent listener, and---unlike the current incumbents--- doesn't have an agenda to advance if elected. He will not say what he thinks you want to hear, or what is politically convenient. His commitment to transparency and accountability is unshakeable.

In short, Johnny doesn’t fit the definition of a politician. Rather, he is a citizen who wishes to serve the community he loves, by reviving the trust that residents once had in their Commission.

Johnny Colson is the man we need for these times when the Sewall's Point commissioner have become unresponsive to the residents, forcing higher taxes and costs and unnecessary changes to our properties.  Johnny will defend us from the progressive liberals who ignore the people of this town.
